IN NO EVENT SHALL LAMALIA, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, OR STAFF BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE, IF ANY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lamalia and its staff from all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
